Story Overview

Charlie Disco was the drummer of Dead As Disco. Ten years ago he was murdered. The band broke up. Now, a reunion concert has been announced. Charlie returns from the grave to confront the five Idols who destroyed his band. The story is non-linear — tackle Idol encounters in any order.

Chapter 1: Resurrection

Charlie wakes in an abandoned club. Opening tutorial covers movement, attacks, and Beat Sync. After clearing the first wave of Harmony Corp drones, you unlock The Encore — the club that was once Charlie's home. Collect memorabilia throughout the city to restore it.

Chapter 2: First Idol — Arora

Arora is an AI pop idol powered by Harmony Corp. Her arena is a neon-lit digital stage. Phase 1: Melody projectiles fire in rhythm — dodge on-beat and counterattack. Phase 2 (below 50% HP): Harmony Trap — area denial attack. Stay near arena edges to avoid it. She is vulnerable for 3 seconds after the trap ends. Defeating her reveals that Harmony Corp was tracking all former bandmates — something bigger is at play.

Chapters 3-7: Remaining Idols

The four remaining Idols (former bandmates) can be challenged in any order. Each boss has three phases: normal patterns, increased speed at 50% HP, and a Beat Sync phase at 25% HP where the music peaks. Your choices in each encounter affect the ending.

Chapter 8: Final Confrontation

The true mastermind is revealed. This battle takes place in The Encore (fully restored). The fight uses all mechanics — rhythm combat, Beat Sync dodges, full combo strings. Your choices determine which of three endings you get:

• Revenge Ending — Charlie destroys the Idols but the band stays dead
• Reunion Ending — Charlie reconciles with the band for one final show
• True Ending — Full truth revealed; Charlie can rest; The Encore becomes legendary

Collecting All Memorabilia

50+ memorabilia items are scattered across the city. Collecting all of them unlocks the True Ending and the "Full Encore" achievement. Check the Secrets page for specific locations.
